The OSKit doesn't include a floppy driver. If I remember correctly, this is partly because we haven't needed the floppy ourselves, and partly because the Linux floppy driver is pretty disgusting and is tough to "encapsulate". Probably due as much to the ugly nature floppy device as to the driver.
