Hi again,

I gather that the POSIX threads implementation uses pentium TSC for 
accounting, instead of external timer interrupts ?

I am trying to "estimate" the system idle time (the accumulated ticks of 
IDLETHREAD) on a 486 -- is that possible with the current implementation, or 
am I better off using a less ancient machine ?
