Code to support oskit on Alpha?

    I have some very preliminary code to enable some fundamental 
architecture support (no linux drivers, for example) for Alpha in 
oskit--would someone be willing and able to review and submit them for me?

    Also, does this list allow attachments? If so, I could send the 
tarball along to this list. Otherwise, if someone is able and willing to 
review the code, could they send me an alternate email address to which 
I can send the code as an attachement?
