E Ware Ships eNote Version 2.0

New York, New York, August 15, 1993 - E Ware, a division of Visual
Cybernetics Corporation, announced shipment of eNote Version 2.0. eNote is
an instantaneous messaging software product for Windows 3.1. The software
delivers messages directly to the screen instead of the mailbox, where
electronic mail messages typically go unnoticed.

New features of eNote Version 2.0 include groupware functionality, drag and
drop operations, folders, a spell checker, context searching, DDE support
and a remote version. With new support for Novell's MHS, users are able to
talk directly to many MHS packages, such as DaVinci Systems Corp.'s eMAlL,
cc:Mail, and Microsoft Mail. eNote's MHS support lets users send messages
directly to any Compuserve, Internet, MCI Mail, SprintMail, AT&T Easylink
or X.400 address. eNote also supports multimedia sound by allowing users
to add wave file recordings to their written notes.

"eNote Version 2.0 is a greatly improved version of the original product
that was first introduced a year ago," said Joseph T. DiMauro, President
and CEO. "The product has maintained its intuitive ease of use and
stick-on-note look and feel, while adding essential features."

Unlike other E-mail products, eNote delivers mail directly to the screen in
a true "pop-up" fashion, instead of the mailbox. Users no longer have to
leave their Windows applications in which they are working to begin the
E-mail session. Work and communications functions are one and the same
with eNote versus standard E-mail products where these are separate
functions.

eNote performs all functions from a slim floating control panel with simple
drag and drop actions. It becomes a natural part of the desktop work
environment because the control panel can be dragged and positioned
unobtrusively on top of any active Windows application, The user simply
writes an eNote message, then drags the eNote over the icon representing
the recipient(s) and clicks the mouse button. eNote sends the message,
which pops up directly on the recipients screen. eNotes can be received
and saved in folders and searched for as needed by the user. eNote takes
only minutes to install on any personal computer on the network and does
not require a dedicated file server, native MHS support is built-in,
allowing eNote to interface with any E-mail standard.

eNote enhances workgroup performance by simplifying communications.
Customers like Ken Loveall, Director of Information Services for Clark
County, British Columbia found people more willing to use eNote, Ult has
the most intuitive interface of any E-mail product that I've seen," said
Loveall, who is running approximately 150 users on eNote. "Our employees
refused to use the previous E-mail products we had purchased."

eNote Version 2.0 is available for $399.00 for the 5 user package, $999.00
for the 20 user package, $1,999.00 for the so user package, and $3,199.00
for the 100 user package. A Single user Remote Version package cost
$169.00 each. Site licenses are also available. All prices are U.S.
retail.

eNote is developed and supported through the E Ware division of Visual
Cybernetics. The E Ware division develops and markets products in the
emerging workgroup computing and multimedia marketplaces. The parent
company, Visual Cybernetics, produces sophisticated technology products
for advanced medical imaging and laboratory applications. Visual
