FUTURE LABS, INC. ANNOUNCES TALKShow, A DESKTOP DOCUMENT CONFERENCING
SOFTWARE PACKAGE FOR WINDOWS

Cupertino, California -- Future Labs Inc. announces TALKShow Version 1.0.
This interactive desktop document conferencing software for Windows is an
affordable alternative communication solution. AT $199, TALKShow is just a
fraction of the cost of video conferencing.

Utilizing a modem, network, or ISDN line, TALKShow allows multiple users to
simultaneously review, discuss and annotate changes on TALKShow's White
Board from the comfort and convenience of their desk. The introduction of
desktop conferencing software eliminates the need to travel and meet in
person and avoids multiple exchanges of fax documents.

TALKShow is a revolutionary way of communicating and doing business. It is
designed to help individuals save time and be more productive. In real
time, users can interactively review any document, spreadsheet, schematic,
CAD design or bitmap picture. TALKShow can be used in conjunction with any
DOS or Windows applications and incorporates easy-to-use tools and
intuitive menus. The annotating tools are similar to those utilized in any
meeting room: the standard white board, colored markers, pointers and
eraser.

"Future Labs developed TALKShow to allow busy professionals to quickly and
effectively discuss and finalize details visually as a compliment to their
telephone conference. With this revolutionary software, people can
communicate and collaborate on decisions more conveniently," said John
Chua, President and CEO of Future Labs. "With TALKShow decisions can be
made faster, without the routine delays involved in exchanging hardcopy
documents," he concluded.

"It's a whole new way of working," said Dean Villegas, CAD Administrator of
LSI Logic Corporoation and Executive Director of South Bay AutoCAD Power
Users. "One major application that I can see for this product is in the
product design and quality assurance areas. Anyone who uses a CAD system
understands the need to communicate effectively and to shorten
design-cycle times." he stated.

"TALKShow helps the company speed up the review cycle between clients,
vendors and editors," said Sandy Dhuyvetter, President of Electronic Pen,
Inc. "Our clients can review and approve graphics and video images all in
one TALKShow conferencing session," she aded.

The requirements for TALKShow are: OS 3.3 an Winows 3.1 or later, a 386 or
