Software.

lntegritech's AWARE! has the unique ability to import data from a plethora
of business software including contact managers and accounting programs
such as: ACT!, 1st ACT, Telemagic, DacEasy, Pacciolli 2000.

AWARE! provides user definable pick-lists for commonly used data entry
fields, reducing keyboard time to a minimum. Default pick-list categories
include the Customer's I.D. number, industry, and title, as well as
commonly used service fields such as category, department, representative,
priority, and RMA number assigned to the customer.

AWARE! also includes an expert help system based upon a user-defined search
pattern. Users can easily search for quick solutions to common customer
problems and experienced service personnel can input solutions to new
problems for future reference.
