Dear User,

Thank you for your faxed (or paper-mailed) inquiry about my programs
or about how to obtain files from Internet anonymous ftp archives of
garbo.uwasa.fi at the University of Vaasa, Finland, or other similar
systems.

If you have an access to Internet, and you have the facilities use
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or WWW (World Wide Web) then the said
material at Garbo archives is available using either of those
options.

If you are not familiar with the concept of Internet FTP archive
sites, find someone knowledgeable near you to help you with the
basic concepts and/or see http://www.uwasa.fi/~ts/garbo.html#faq for
further advice and answers to frequently asked Garbo archives
questions.

If you do not have FTP or WWW then there is nothing to be done about
the situation at this end. Granted, in older days there used to be a
Garbo mail server to send the files by email. But Garbo's mail
server has been discontinued as an outmoded transfer method. In this
day and age FTP and WWW should be obtainable readily enough for
anyone who really feels s/he needs the material.

I regret to inform that I absolutely cannot take the time to arrange
sending programs or other material from the Garbo program archives
by ordinary physical mail. This kind of service is given rather by
commercial shareware distributors, and individual shareware authors.

   All the best, Timo
