Solaris Lsof Binaries

Although I don't recommend the use of Solaris pre-compiled lsof
binaries, I recognize there are times when it is necessary.  I
offer a few built on my test systems in this sub-directory branch.

I also repeat this caution:

    NO LSOF BINARY, COMPILED FOR ONE VERSION OF SOLARIS, WILL WORK
    PROPERLY ON A DIFFERENT VERSION OF SOLARIS.
